Experts Academy
Limited to only a couple of times a year, the Experts Academy is a three-day, intensive training for those nonprofit, ministry and church leaders who want to go further than they ever have before. This exclusive, in-person residency allows you to work with Mike, and one or more additional experts, in areas of leadership, development and fundraising.
| Limited|Attendance | Mike and his team only accept 30 serious leaders to these sessions. We look for leaders who make an impact within their field or organization. Attendance is limited because personal time with you will be mission changing. It’s not about numbers here. |
| Intensive Sessions | When you arrive, we get busy with trainings focused on building into your organization. No time for pitch’s, fluff and feel-goods here. As respective experts in our fields, we want to give you the ability to go deep with serious interaction. |
| Relational | Interested in participating in Vision2020? We need to get to know you and you need to get to know us. We want to understand your desire to be effective and the leadership of your vision. As such, our time together will be relational, mixed with some fun and social time together. Mike’s been known to do some wild stuff – so be ready for an out-of-the-box time. |

It can no longer be relegated to programmatic crumbs, but must be actually integrated into the DNA of your ministry. So, where do we start? | You’re excited about your organization, as is everyone else involved in or being helped by it. But does your community know you exist or is your organization one of the “best kept secrets in town?” This session will give you tips on how to connect with your community, helping you make your fundraising activities excel beyond expectation. Learn a wide variety of strategies – including working with the media, raising awareness, planning small and large events, and making use of direct mail – along with a range of other smaller-scale fundraising techniques. This session will help you think beyond your current activities toward a more engaging level of fundraising. Grow your support-base to a regional, even national, reach. | |
