This assessment is a serious undertaking, which has been developed using accepted best practices and scientific data collection. This assessment will take approximately fifteen minutes to complete (62 questions) and is best accomplished by senior leadership within your organization. PERSONALIZED MANAGEMENT REPORT: Upon submission of completed assessment, a senior analyst from our staff will compare your ratings against our proprietary national database and show you where your organization ranks. Within two business days, we will return your personalized management report with suggested best practices to improve for your organizational health. You will be contacted to set up a telephone review of your management report. This review should take only 45 minutes to an hour. This is not an automated process. We personally review every assessment.
